For the first child, a Sacramental Preparation Class is required. Our class is online through FORMED. We encourage both of the child's parents to take the class (all five sessions) and Godparents are invited (not required) to watch the fifth session: "The Gifts of Godparents: More Than Cards & Presents".
To access the class you will need to create free account in FORMED if you don't have one already.

- Enter your email address.
- Check your email to confirm.
- Search for "Reborn" and complete the first five sessions.

If this is not your first child AND you have completed a baptism class previously you may fill out and submit the Baptism Request Form or the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to schedule your child’s baptism.
Those at and above the age of reason, which is considered 7 years of age, will need to complete the Order of Christian Initiation of Children (OCIC). Children/youth would need to enroll in the Religious Education Program where they will receive instruction with their peers as well as additional sessions throughout the year with the Director of Religious Education or Director of Youth Ministry to prepare for their sacraments. They will receive the three sacraments of initiation (baptism, first communion, and confirmation) at the Easter Vigil Mass. Enrollment for classes begins mid-July.
