Opportunities to receive Holy Communion are at any of our Masses.

First Communion

This sacrament is celebrated by children enrolled in the regular Religious Education program and who are in the 2nd grade.  If this is your first time in our program, parents will need to meet with the Director of Religious Education. Communion to the Homebound/Hospital

Our Care Committee members bring communion once a week to the homebound and those in some of the care/assisted living facilities, and the hospital on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.  To request Holy Communion to be brought to you or someone you know that is homebound, in a care facility, or in the hospital please click the button to fill out the request form.
